CAT-Common Admission Test BULLETIN

The CAT Bulletin containing the Cat Application Form and other information can be obtained at branches of State Bank of India listed below, between July 18 and August 22, 2005 for Rs.1100/- (Rs. 550/- for SC/ST candidates). Please note that a candidate need to buy only one CAT Bulletin irrespective of how many IIMs he/she is applying to. All candidates must enclose the 3rd copy of Bank's /IIMs Pay-in-Slip with the CAT Application Form. SC/ST candidates should submit a copy of SC/ST Certificate to the Bank/IIM at the time of obtaining the CAT Bulletin. Please ensure your eligibility to appear in CAT before procuring the CAT bulletin. CAT Application forms of ineligible candidates and application forms with incomplete will be summarily rejected. No claim of refund will be entertained on Bulletin once sold.

Under exceptional circumstances [such as (a) the stock of bulletins exhaust in the nearby branch of the bank, (b) the bank branch is inaccessible to the candidates, and (c) the bulletin sale through banks close] copy of the CAT Bulletin can also be obtained directly from any one of the IIMs at the following addresses till August 26, 2005 by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs.1200/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST candidates with a copy of the SC/ST certificate) drawn in favour of the respective IIM. Request for bulletin should be accompanied by a cloth-lined self-addressed unstamped envelope of size 1211 x 1011.
