AIET 2008 Examination Centres: The AIET 2008 shall be conducted at the following cities:

No request for change of centre mentioned in the application form shall be entertained. Submission of the Application Form and Entrance Test Fee The fee for the Entrance Test is Rs. 2,000/-. However, cost of the Entrance Test fee is Rs. 2500/- if Form is downloaded from the website. The fee is payable by demand draft drawn in favour of "Padmashree Dr.D.Y.Patil University", on a Nationalized /Scheduled bank, payable at Navi Mumbai / Mumbai. The particulars of the draft must be filled in the body of the form as well as in both parts of the separate sheet attached along with the form. The candidates should write their full name, address and application number on the reverse side of the demand draft. The last date for receipt of completed application forms at the following address is upto 5.00 pm on 10th April 2008 and up to 5.00 pm on 15th April 2008 with late fee of Rs. 500/-. The Coordinator:
It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his application form along with demand draft for fee and supporting documents reaches the office of the Coordinator of Admission Committee within the specified time and date. The applications received after the due date or not accompanied by the demand draft covering entrance fee shall be rejected and such candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the entrance test. The Admission Committee: AIET 2008 will not be responsible for non-receipt of the applications within the specified time and date due to postal or courier service delays. AIET 2008 Selection Process Candidates who secure the minimum 50% marks at AIET 2008 and satisfy the eligibility norms laid down by respective councils shall be eligible for admission toMBBS/BDS /BAMS/ B.P.T. / Diploma inGNM Courses and would be offered provisional admission to these on the basis of their inter-se-merit at the time of Counseling. For details, refer to para 16 - Counseling. Pattern of Entrance Test The AIET 2008 will have one question paper. The test will have duration of 3 hours and would comprise of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of the Objective Type. Each question will carry 1 mark and the questions will be in English.
