Offers Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) for subjects including wide variety corresponding to needs of developing countries.

Eligibility: Nationals of developing countries with appropriate academic and/or practical experience relevant to training and sufficiently mature to contribute, on their return, to the development process within their country of citizenship. Individuals must be nominated by their own governments.

Duration:Varies according to course undertaken.

Value:Annual tuition fees of approx. $8,000 to $25,000 (depending on the field of study), and annual stipend (tax exempt) of about $15,000 and air fares to/from Australia, establishment allowance, etc.

When and whom to apply: August to October for the coming year through the nominating authorities of the developing country of citizenship.
