Relaxation 5 years in age limit for women, SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH, and those having LLM degree
Academic At least 55% marks in the relevant Master Degree
Qualifying Exam UGC/ UGC-CSIR NET
Other The candidate should be registered for MPhil/ PhD or should do so within a period of one year from the declaration of NET/UGC-CSIR examination results

Disbursement Administered by the Host Institution where the Fellow is registered for MPhil/PhD
Monitoring of Progress Progress is monitored by the supervisor/guide and reflected in the yearly progress report submitted to the University for submission to the UGC office.
