UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD: BRITISH CHEVENING / RADHAKRISHNAN SHARED SCHOLARSHIPS

7 scholarships are offered to undergraduate/post graduate students from India for a maximum period of two years.

Subject: Any subject, except Medicine. The subject area should be relevant to the social, scientific and economic development of India.

Eligibility: Candidates who are, or will shortly be graduates, who gain admission to read for a second Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate course at Oxford and who would be unable, without financial assistance, to take up the place.

Candidates who propose to read for a second Bachelor's degree should already have a first class Bachelor's degree; those proposing to read for a post-graduate study should hold a first class Master's degree.

Value: Full university and college fees and a maintenance grant for incoming expenses, but will not provide for the costs of travel between India and the U K.
