Wightman Research Studentships in the Humanities and Social Sciences: Two studentships are offered worldwide at master's level one for research for a period of one year, extendable for a further year, three years for a PhD degree, subject to satisfactory progress.

Subject: Any subject in Faculties of Arts, Law, Social Sciences, Architectural Studies (non-technical topics), Educational Studies.

Eligibility: Open to graduates of any university, who must undertake research in a Department of one of the Faculties, named above.

Value: £ 4,910 per annum, according to the candidate's qualifications and research experience (or equivalent).
