Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Examination 2007 (TNPSC 2007)

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Exam Fee:

Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy five only) by means of a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft obtained on or after 01-09-2006. (For further details please see paragraph 2 under part III of the Information Brochure).

The fee should be paid only through crossed Account Payee Demand Draft obtained on or after 01-09-2006 from any Bank payable at Chennai in favour of  "The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Chennai - 600 002." If the Demand Draft is obtained in a branch of State Bank of India, it should be payable at "the State Bank of India, Service Branch (Code No. 8443), Chennai - 600 006."

The candidates should check up the correctness of the particulars in the Demand Draft enclosed with their applications and if the Demand Draft sent by them are found defective or invalid, their applications will run the risk of being rejected. The Examination fee once paid by the candidates will not be refunded or adjusted to any of the examinations conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission under any circumstances.

They should also write their name and address as well as application number (found at the right hand top corner of the application) in pencil on the back of the demand draft.

Note: The following persons need not pay the Examination fee.

• Candidates belonging to S.Cs and S.Ts.
  
  
• Physically handicapped Persons whose family income does not exceed Rs.350/- per month.(Evidence to be produced).
  
  
• Ex-Servicemen who have not already availed two free chances.
  
  
• Candidates belonging to B.Cs or M.B.Cs/D.Cs who are degree holders and who had not already availed themselves of three free chances.
