Three Months Certificate Course on Fragrance & Flavour Industry Technician from 2nd June, 2008

Why take admission - Main objectives of this course is to provide technically trained manpower to Indian fragrance & flavour industry in readly available pool mode.

About to the course - This course is full time 12 week duration, non-residential programme.

It contains aromatic crop production, their processing (Field-distillation, steam distillation, solvent extraction), value addition (fractionation, hydrogenation, crystallization, etc.), quality control (Chemical & instrumental GLC / GC-MS, HPLC. Polarimeter) and basic formulation as well as its product application in shampoo, hair oil, cream, body lotion, Pan Masai, etc.

Eligibility: Intermediate (Science) from a recognized institute/ board. Graduate in Science will be additional qualification.

Seats: 40 (10 in each course) Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/ Women will be as per rules.

Fees: General & OBC candidates Rs.20,000/- and for SC/ST - Nil. In special conditions accommodation will be available on payment basis.
