Admission for 2008-2009 - Full Time Course

Applications are invited for admission to the following courses for the academic' year 2008 - 2009.

Note : Instrumental Music will be: Mridangam, Violin, Veena, Flute only

Eligibility : Qualification - Minimum 10th Standard or S.S.L.C. Passed

(Students who have appeared 10th Standard Examination and awaiting result may also apply).

Age : 15 years completed

Course Fee : Rs.10,000/- per year which can be paid in 3 instalments

Desirable : Knowledge in Bharatanatyam/ Carnatic Music/ Instrumental

Music / Painting and Art. Hostel Facilities : Separate hostel for Boys/ Girls/ Foreign students with pure vegetarian food (Approximate charge: Rs.18,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per year).

Payment shall be made in 2 instalments. Application forms can be obtained from the Registrar by remitting cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of the 'Kalakshetra Foundation, College of Fine Arts' Chennai payable at Chennai for Rs.110/- in person and Rs.150/- by post.

Application forms can also be down - loaded from our Website ( www.kalakshetra.in) and sent to the Registrar along with a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.110/- drawn in favour of the 'Kalakshetra Foundation, College of Fine Arts' Chennai payable at Chennai. Scholarships are also available subject to eligibility.
