Applications on the prescribed proforma are invited from eligible persons for admission to the following courses offered through distance mode residing in the State of Haryana and from all over India and abroad.

Traditional Courses:

  1. B.A. (General) (3 Year) Part-I / II / III.
  2. B.Com. (3-Year) Part-I / II / III.
  3. Certificate Course in Urdu (1-Year).
  4. Master of Arts in Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Political Science, Philosophy, Public Administration, History & Economics (2-Year) Part-I / II.
  5. M.Sc. in Mathematics & Geography (2-Year) Part-I / II.
  6. Master of Commerce (2-Year) Part-I / II.

Professional Courses:

  1. Certificate Course in Computer Applications (1-Year)

Note: This Directorate has not authorized any Agency/Institution or appointed any Agent to deal with any matter relating to admissions, examinations or other related matters. The candidates seeking admission to distance education courses of this University are advised to contact the Directorate directly at their own level.

The Prospectus Code No. DE-09 containing admission form and other details can be obtained from the Manager (P&P), K.U., Karukshetra-136119 on payment of Rs.220/- (Rs.55/- for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) at the University Press counter or by post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs.270/- (Rs.105/- for SC/ BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) in favour of the Registrar, Kurukshetra University payable at Kurukshetra/Thanesar only. Candidates desirous to get admission form through post must send two self addressed slips and Code No. of the Prospectus with their request for Prospectus.

The Prospectus can also be had on payment of Rs.240/- (Rs.75/- for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) from the Head/Authorised Post Offices in Haryana, Panjab, H.P., U.P., Uttranchal, Rajasthan and HRO/RMS, D.Division, 3/16-A, Asaf AM Road, New Delhi.

The Prospectus with Admission Form and other details is also available on Website: www.kukinfo.com. The candidates using admission form after downloading the same from website shall be required to pay an additional fee of Rs.220/- (Rs.55/- for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) along with other dues for admission.

Last Date for receipt of admission form complete in all respects without late fee for all the courses [except M.A. (Education) Part-I] is 18.9.2009. However, for MA (Education) Part-I the last date is 30.10.2009.
