Applications are invited from the candidates on prescribed form to appear a Common Entrance Test (CET-2008) for admission to following courses.

The duration of above courses is 2 Years.
The courses at Svnirtar are affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
Eligibility For Degree Courses :-Candidates who have appeared or passed the XII class Examination or equivalent under 10+2 system with minimum five subjects and have secured or expect to secure 50% aggregate marks in PCB for BPT and BOT courses and 50% marks in PCB or PCM for BPO course (40% in case of SC, ST and Physically Handicapped candidates).
Age not less than 17 years and not exceeding 22 years as on 31st August 2008.
Eligibility For Post Graduate Courses :-
MPT Course - Pass in full time regular BPT/B.Sc. (PT) course from any recognized University with completion of all requirements of the degree course including completion of Internship by 12.09.2008.
MOT Course - Pass in a full time regular BOT/B.Sc. (OT) course from any recognized University with completion of all requirements of the degree course including completion of Internship before i.e. 12.09.2008.
Reservation: As per Government of India guidelines.
The Prospectus-cum-Application form for Degree Courses and Post Graduate Courses will be available at Swami Vivekdnand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research against Bank Draft of Rs.400/- for General category candidates and Rs.300/- for SC /ST / PH / Women candidates.
For Post Graduate Courses the Prospectus-cum-Application form will be available on payment by Bank Draft of Rs.500/- for General category & Rs.400/- for SC/ST/PH/ Women candidates. Candidates desiring to obtain Prospectus-cum-Application form by Regd.

Post may obtain the same from the Director, Svnirtar by sending the Bank Draft of Rs.450/- for General candidates and Rs.350/- for SC /ST / PH / Women candidates for Degree Courses and Rs.550/- for General category & Rs.450/- for SC/ST/PH/ Women candidates for Post Graduate Courses through Account payee Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Svnirtar drawn on any Nationalized bank payable at Cuttack.
The Prospectus-cum-Application form will also be available at NIOH, B.T. Road, Bon-Hooghly, Kolkata, Pt. D.D.U, Institute for Physically Handicapped, 4, Vishnu Digambar Marg, New Delhi, Composite Rehabilitation Centre, PMRT Building, Guwahati Medical College, Hospital Campus, Guwahati, Composite Rehabilitation Centre, Near Women's Polytechnic College, BEMINA Bye Pass, SRINAGAR (J & K) against payment through DD only drawn in favour of the Director, SVNIRTAR payable at Cuttack.
Candidate should specifically request Prospectus-cum-Application form for either Degree courses or Postgraduate courses.
Application form can also be downloaded from the Svnirtar website: http://www.nirtar.nic.in. However, the candidates are required to enclose the required Demand Draft of the prescribed fees in favour of Director, Svnirtar along with filled application form.
