JAT College Rohtak Admission Eligibility 2019

UG

BA

• Candidate must have Completed 10, +2 with minimum 33% marks in the board examination, with English as a compulsory subject.

B.Sc

• Candidate must have Completed 10, +2 from the science stream, with minimum 45% marks.

B.Com

• Candidate must have Completed 10, +2 with minimum 40% marks in the board examination and English as a compulsory subject.

BCA

• Candidate must have Completed 10, +2 with computer as a compulsory subject.

BBA

• Completed 10, +2 examination in any stream.

PG

M.Sc

• Candidate must have B.Sc. degree or an equivalent degree in the respective discipline.

MA

• Candidate must have BA degree with relevant discipline.

M.Com

• Candidate must have B.Com. degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

• Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college office.
• Candidate must also fill Parent-Teacher Association form, Student Society Registration form and Bus pass enclosed with the Prospectus.
• The application form needs to be accurately filled out and submitted or sent to the college office, along with the required documents.

Documents to be submitted with Application Form:

By those seeking Admission to the College for the first time:

• Attested Copy of the Original certificate of Matriculation / Higher Secondary Part I / Higher Secondary Part-II Examination, bearing proof of the date of birth.
• Attested Copy of the Detailed Marks Certificate of the last University / Board Examination passed.
• Original Copy of Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• Two latest passport-size photographs.
• Migration Certificate in case of other Education Board than Haryana.

By Old Students:

• Signed copy of the last university exam passed by the applicant.
• Two latest passport-size photographs.

By students belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Backward Classes

• In addition to the documents mentioned in above points, the students belonging to the SC/ ST and OBC categories need to submit Caste Certificate, Income Certificate and Residence Certificate, which are signed and issued by the Circle Revenue Officer (Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate) of the District / Sub Division to which the student belongs.

By students in case of Gap in Studies

• In addition to the documents mentioned in the points above, as applicable, a student who had gap in their studies needs to submit documentary proof / affidavit as proof of the same.
