- If the form is downloaded, the completed form must be accompanied by a DD as per the instruction.
- Applications incomplete in any aspect or not accompanied by the requisite fee will not be accepted.
- In the case of candidates who have not received the marks statements of the final year / semester of the first degree examination, their marks in the previous year / semesters would be considered.
- They should have taken their final year / semester qualifying examination before the date of the admission interview.

Chettinad University MBBS Admission Eligibility 2013 :
- Candidate must have passed HSC / CBSE / ISCE in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany and Zoology / Bio – technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 75% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany and Zoology / Bio – technology.
