Deccan School of Management Admission 2018

Deccan School of Management invites admission application for Master’s Degree in Hospital Management ( MHM ) Program for the academic year of 2018 – 2019.

Deccan School of Management Admission 2018 Eligibility Criteria

• Admission to MDHM requires a Bachelor’s degree ( in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system ) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline from any recognised Universities with minimum 50% marks is eligible for the course.
• Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor’s degree ( or equivalent ) are also eligible to apply

Duration of the course

MHM is a two – year course spread over four semesters. First and Third semester begin in July and ends in November. Second and fourth semester begin in January and end in May. The summer vacation at the end of the first and third semester is devoted to project work and internship. Placement activities commence towards the end of the fourth semester

Number of seats

60 seats of which 42 will be filled based on Entrance Test and 18 seats through Management Quota.

• Application Form and ICR Summary Sheet can be downloaded from the website www.dshm.co.in or www.osmania.ac.in Filled in Application Form and ICR Summary Sheet can be sent along with the prescribed D.D. to the following address

Application fee

• General and backward class candidates have to pay the application fee of ₹1000 through Demand Draft.
• SC / ST / PWD candidates have to pay ₹600 as the application fee.
• However, these candidates have to produce a certificate to that effect, by post or in person.

Hall tickets may be collected from college 3 days before Entrance Test or at the Test Centre on the entrance day i.e. However list of applicants with Hall Ticket number will be displayed on college website

Deccan School of Management Admission 2018 Selection Procedure

• Admission is based on the marks obtained in Master’s Degree in Hospital Management Common Entrance Test – 2018, conducted by Osmania University. Qualifying mark in the entrance test is 25% for General & OBC candidates

The test is assessed for 100 marks each section carrying 20 marks.
