IIT Indore PhD Admission 2014 Application Procedure

  • Application must be submitted ONLINE through our website ( http://academic.iiti.ac.in:8080/nregistration.jsp ).
  • After submitting the application online, the same is to be downloaded and the signed hard – copy along with recent photograph, and Self – attested relevant Certificates, NOC (for SW candidates) and Documents must be sent to the Address for the Correspondence.
  • Application of the candidates who ONLY submit online application and do not send the hardcopy by the deadline will NOT be considered for further processing.
  • The envelope of the application must CLEARLY be super scribed with “Application for Admission in Ph.D. Program in <name of the discipline> for AY 2013 – 14″

IIT Indore PhD Admission 2014 Time Schedule

  • Last date of submission of application through Online : 10th February, 2014
  • Last date of receipt of hardcopy of application submitted online : 17th February, 2014
  • Last date for accepting the admission Offer : 25th March, 2014
  • Date of Orientation and Registration Program : 22nd & 23rd July, 2014

IIT PG/PHD Admission 2013

Indian Institute of Technology Indore invites application from eligible candidates for admission to full time regular PG and PhD Programme for Academic Year 2013 – 14.

IIT Indore Admission Eligibility Criteria 2013 :

School of Basic Sciences :

MSc & MSc + PhD Dual Degree :

  • Chemistry – 1. Minimum first class* Bachelor’s degree with Chemistry as a subject for three years / six semester and should have passed Mathematics at ( 10 + 2 ) level. 2. Qualification in JAM 2013 in Chemistry.
  • Physics – 1. Minimum first Class* Bachelors degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years / four semester and Mathematics for at least one year / two semester. 2. Qualification in JAM 2013 in Physics.

Doctor of Philosophy ( PhD ) :

Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics :

  • Minimum first Class* Master degree in a science with UGC – CSIR – JRF / NET qualification Or equivalent fellowship,
  • Minimum first Class* Master degree in relevant branch of Engineering / Technology, OR
  • BTech from an Indian Institute of Technology ( IIT ) with a minimum CPI of 8.0.

School of Engineering :

MTech & MTech + PhD Dual Degree :

  1. Communication & Signal Processing – 1. Minimum first Class* BE / BTech or equivalent degree in Electrical or Electronics and Communication or Electronics and Instrumentation or Telecommunication or Information Technology, and 2. Valid GATE qualification in Electronics and Communication ( EC ).
  2. Production & Industrial Engineering – 1.
