IIT Hyderabad Admission Eligibility Criteria 2019
BTech, B Tech + Master of Science by Research dual degree
- Candidate should have He/she must have KVPY, NTS or equivalent (e.g., JBSTS), Olympiad awards to be eligible for admission without having appeared for JEE Main and should have also completed senior secondary school from a reputed board.
MTech, M.S by Research
- Candidate should have BE. / B.Tech. / ME / M.Tech. degree in the respective or relevant branch including CSE / ECE / EEE / Civil / Biotechnology or should hold B.Arch., Master’s degree in Science / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computers / MCA Programs.
Part-time Programs and PGSSP
- Candidate should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or must hold a Master’s degree in the field of Science/Mathematics.
MSIT (M.Sc)
- Candidate should have BE/B.Tech degree in the respective or relevant branch.
MPhil
- Candidate should have Master’s degree in Linguistics/Literature/Social Science.
PhD
- Candidate should have BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech / MCA degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.

- Visit the official website of IIIT-H to fill-up the application form.
- Upon submitting the application form, the applicant will receive a link on their registered email id.
- He / she must click on this link to verify their registered email id.
- He / she must provide personal details and academic details, professional experience, address, papers published.
- Take a print out of the form.
- The mode of payment is online through Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking.
