JIIT PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria 2013 :

• Regular ( Not distance or any other mode ) MTech Degree of a University or equivalent for Ph.D. in Engineering / Technology in respective branch with 60% Aggregate Marks or CGPA not less than 6 on scale of 10.

• Regular ( Not distance or any other mode) Master’s Degree of a University for PhD in Sciences / Humanities / Social Sciences / Management / Pharmacy in respective discipline or equivalent with 60% Aggregate marks or CGPA not less than 6 on scale of 10.

• Regular ( Not distance or any other mode ) M. C. A. Degree with 60% Aggregate Marks or equivalent CGPA and two years experience, only for PhD in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology Departments.

• Consistently good academic record / performance with 1st division all through; i.e. 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA of not less than 6 on a scale of 10 at undergraduate and post graduate level.

JIIT Noida PhD Admission Procedure 2013 :

• Satisfying the requirements of minimum qualifications as specified above.

• Performance in Interview for those who have qualified in NET / SLET / UGC / CSIR ( JRF ) or equivalent national level examinations or are in receipt of fellowships like DST / DBT / DAE / CSIR / QIP / ICMR / DRDO etc.

• Performance in :
  • The PhD Entrance Test for all those who are not qualified in any of the examinations.

JIIT BTech Admission Eligibility 2013 :

• Candidate whose date of birth falls on or after 01st October, 1992.

• A Pass in 10 + 2 ( 2011 onwards ) or equivalent or those appearing in 10 + 2 examinations in 2013.

• Physics and Mathematics in 10 + 2 as compulsory subjects except for Biology / Biotechnology based admission.

JIIT BTech Admission Procedure 2013 :

• For admission through merit based on overall JEE ( Main ) score and 10 + 2 exam scores.

• In Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Programs only 50% of the seats allocated to the programs are open for candidates based on JEE ( Main ) score and 10 + 2 exam scores.

JIIT BTech Admission Application Form 2013 :

• The separate form for Biology & Biotechnology based admissions can be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft of 1000/- in favor of “Jaypee Institute of Information Technology”, payable at Noida / Delhi. The candidate may also download the Bio based admission form from the web sites www.jiit.ac.in or www.juit.ac.in. The Bio based form can also be filled online at www.getadmissions.com/jaypee. These forms are not available at the IDBI Bank.
