Kovai Public School invites application from eligible candidates for admission to Kindergarten ( KG ) to 8th Standard Classes for the session of 2018.

• Pre-KG : 2 1/2+ Years
• LKG : 3+ Years
• UKG : 4+ Years
• Class I : 5+ Years
• Class II : 6+ Years
• Class III : 7+ Years
• Class IV : 8+ Years
• Class V : 9+ Years
• Class VI : 10+ Years
• Class VII : 11+ Years
• Class VIII : 12+ Years

How to apply

• Application form for admission will be issued at the School Office. All conditions laid down in the prospectus and application form are to be followed. Guidelines on the procedure for admission are furnished below.
• Fill up the admission form in all respects
• Meet the concerned in-charge for admission test / interview
• Get your documents verified at the Administrative Office
• Get the final approval of the Principal
• Pay the fees at Administrative Office
• Get textbooks and notebooks from Books Store of the school
• School uniforms will be issued in the first year
• The following Documents are needed for admission
  • Photocopy of the pupil’s birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of the Community Certificate
  • Proof of residence
  • Photocopy of the Report card of the previous school
  • 3 Passport size photos of kids and 1 joint family photo with their parents
  • Transfer Certificate from last school attended and not necessary for KG and Grade 1 admission
  • Physical Fitness Certificate from registered Physician

KPS Admission Selection Process 2018

• Admission at Kovai Public School is open to all kids subject to qualifying admission tests / interview, eligibility and availability of seats.
• Preference will be given those kids whose brother or sister is studying / admitted in the school already.
• For Pre KG, LKG and UKG – No Test & Interview
• For Class 1 to 5 – Oral Interview only
• For Class 6 onwards – Test in English & Mathematics and Interview
