BSW and BSc

•  Candidate must Passed 10+2 from any stream

PG Courses

MSW and MA

• Candidate must Graduation of minimum 3 years duration, from any stream

MSc

• Candidate must Graduation of minimum 3 years duration from the psychology or counseling psychology branches

M. Phil. Social Work

• Candidate must Completed post graduation in the social work domain.

M. Phil. Psychology

• Candidate must Completed post graduation in the psychology domain.

PhD

• Candidate must Completed post graduation in the social work domain

PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations

• Candidate must Completed graduation from any discipline

PG Diploma in Human Resource management

• Candidate must Completed graduation from any discipline, with minimum 2 years of work experience.

• MSSW Chennai admission application form is available in the official website www.mssw.in
  
• After filling the application form, a candidate can make the payment in three ways

By Payment Gateway

• Fill the application form
• Submit the form and make the payment through Debit / Credit or Net Banking.

By Demand Draft ( DD ) 

• Fill the application form
• Take a print out of it and
• Submit the Demand Draft along with it, to the college by post or in person
• The Demand Draft must be made out in favor of The Principal, Madras School of Social Work, Chennai
• Candidates paying through Demand Draft or cash should submit a copy of the fee challan along with copy of the filled in application form to the college office at the following address

MSSW Chennai Selection Procedure 2019

• Admission will be based on merit, For the P.G. programmes marks secured in Degree Course, Entrance Test and Interview will be taken into account for merit list preparation.
• The weightage for each component is as follows
  • Degree Marks : 100 %
  • Entrance Exam :50 %
  • Group Discussion / Interview : 20 %
• Community Quota allotments will befollowed as per TN Govt. Rules. OBC candidates from States other than Tamil Nadu will be considered under General Turn ( GT ) only
