Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences invites application from eligible candidates for admission to the following Super Specialty Courses for academic sessios 2013 – 2014 :

• D.M.
• M.Ch.

NIMS Hyderabad Admission Eligibility Criteria 2013 :

• Candidates who have passed ( MD / MS / DNB ) examination from Medical Colleges recognized by MCI or its statutory equivalent are eligible. Candidates who will be completing training period on or before 30th June, 2013 are also eligible to apply, provided the candidates submit 1. a certificate issued by the Principal / Dean of college regarding the likely date of completion of the course and acquiring the eligible qualification and 2. a declaration by the candidate, failing which their applications will be rejected.
• No condonation of training period shall be accepted unless approved by the Medical Council of India ( MCI ) along with submission of necessary proof. The condonation of training period shall be restricted to the period ending on 30th June, 2013 and not beyond. The condonation certificate must be submitted along with the application form.
• The candidates who have already registered for any regular course at NIMS and would like to apply for admission to another course shall resign from such Training / course in the Institute duly fulfilling the conditions of the bond and failure to do so may render their application liable for rejection.

NIMS Hyderabad Admission Application Form 2013 :

• NIMS Hyderabad Admission application form can be Downloaded from Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences website : www.nims.ap.nic.in.
• A demand draft may be obtained for 2,000/- ( Rupees two thousand only ) in favour of the Director, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, payable at Hyderabad or by paying 2,000/- in NIMS cash counter in person towards application fee.
• The filled‐in Application form will have to be printed and signed. The hard copy of the filled‐in application form with all necessary documents (Annexure I) and the DD/NIMS cash receipt shall be submitted in person or sent by post to :

• Availability of online application : 09th April, 2013.
• Last date for submission of application : 30th April, 2013.
• Availability of hall tickets for download : 10th June, 2013.
• Date of entrance examination : 16th June, 2013.
• Publication of question booklets and Individual performances : 17th June, 2013.
• Deadline for report of discrepancies in question paper, the answer key provided and the evaluation of the individual performances, if any : 19th June, 2013.
• Display of Provisional results / Merit list : 24th June, 2013.
• Date of Admission 30th June, 2013.
• Payment of fee, submission of original : Date will be notified later certificates and bond.

MD / MS

Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences invites application from eligible candidates for admission to the following MD / MS Post Graduate Medical Specialty Courses 2013.

• MD ( General Medicine )
• MD ( Hospital Administration )
• MS ( Orthopaedics )
• MD ( Pathology )
• MD ( Radiotherapy )

NIMS Hyderabad Admission Eligibility 2013 :

• Candidates who have passed MBBS examination from Medical Colleges recognized by MCI and completed Internship at the time of their applying are eligible. Candidates who will be completing Internship on or before 31st March, 2013 are also eligible to apply, provided they submit a certificate to the effect that is signed by the Principal / Dean.

• Requirement of compulsory rotating internship shall not be condoned unless approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The condonation of compulsory rotating internship shall be restricted to the period up to 31st March, 2013 and not beyond that date. The condonation certificate from MCI must be submitted along with the application form.

• The candidates who have already registered for any regular or part time course at NIMS and would like to apply for admission to another course at NIMS, shall resign from such Training / course in the Institute duly fulfilling the conditions of the bond and failure to do so will render their applications for admission liable to be rejected.

NIMS Hyderabad Admission Selection Process 2013 :

• Selection will be made based on the performance of the candidates at the Common Entrance Test i.e. NIMSET 2013.

NIMS Hyderabad Admission Application Form 2013 :

• NIMS Hyderabad admission application form needs to be filled and submitted online : nims.ap.nic.in.

• Send completed NIMS Hyderabad admission application along with a DD for 2,000/- in favour of “Director, NIMS”.
