Admission of Candidates Under Gate :
- Valid GATE Score means it must satisfy two conditions: One is valid time period and qualifying marks.
- Both of these conditions should be satisfied to apply for GHRCE Nagpur admission to ME / MTech.
- The Qualifying Score is the minimum mark that needs to be secured to become eligible for availing assistantships provided by AICTE / MHRD / GOI from time to time.
Admissions of Sponsored category candidates :
- Candidates will be admitted on the basis of Valid GATE score.
- Candidates should appear for both Written Test and Interview / Viva-voce and Secure minimum 40 marks out of 100 in Total Performance calculated as follows :
- Written Test Maximum – 70 marks
- Interview / Viva – voce Maximum – 30 marks
Admission of GATE qualified Non-sponsored category Candidates :
- Candidate should have a valid GATE score in relevant branch of Engineering /Technology. Admissions will be effected according to Merit-List prepared on the basis of valid GATE score in the respective branch only. GATE score of one branch will not be valid for admission to another branch.
- Rounds of Admission for GATE qualified Non-Sponsored Candidates :
There shall be only one round of admission for GATE qualified Non – Sponsored Candidates to PG programs in Engineering / Technology.
Admission of Non – GATE and Non – sponsored category Candidates :
- The Written Test and the Interview / viva – voce shall be conducted by a panel of 03 teachers in the branch.
- The syllabus for the Written Test shall be as prescribed by the concerned institute / University ( at par with GATE examination ).
- Candidates should appear for both Written Test and Interview / Viva – voce and secure minimum 40 marks out of 100 in Total Performance calculated as follows :
Written Test Maximum – 70 marks
Interview / Viva – voce Maximum – 30 marks
GHRCE Nagpur Admission Application Form 2012 :
- GHRCE Nagpur admission application form available from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur Website : www.ghrce.raisoni.net.
- The GHRCE Nagpur admission application form for admission, duly completed in every respect, must be submitted to the Principal, G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur on or before Friday , 12th May, 2012 on or before 5.00 p.m. for all MTech / ME Programs.
- GHRCE Nagpur admission application received after the above due date will not be considered.
