Sports Authority of India, Patiala invites application for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine ( PGDSM ) Session 2015 – 2016.

NSNIS Patiala PGDSM Admission Eligibility 2015 :

• Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery ( MBBS examination from any of the Indian / Foreign University recognized by Medical Council of India ), one year compulsory rotatory internship.

Registration :

• Candidate should have obtained permanent registration with the Medical Council of India ( or ) any of the State Medical Councils ( or ) should obtain the same within one month of the date of admission.

• Foreign national or NRI has to obtain their Post Graduation study registration from Medical Council of India.

Stipend :

• All PGDSM students will receive stipend equal to the pay scale of ₹ 15,600 – 39100 + ₹ 5400 Grade Pay + DA as admissible from time to time. The in-service/sponsored candidates will not receive any stipend.

NSNIS PGDSM Admission Selection Procedure 2015 :

• All India Quota – through AIPGMEE-2015

• State / Institutional Quota – Enterance test conducted by BFUHS.

• Attendance : Students of DSM Course require minimum of 85% attendance.

NSNIS Patiala Admission Seats 2015 :

Total no of seats for counseling- State Quota seats – 3 ( UR-1,SC-1,ST-1 )
Vacant All India quota seats if any transferred after 3rd round of All India Counseling ( max – 3 ).

NSNIS Patiala Admission Application Form 2015 :

• Sports Authority of India PGDSM admission application form can be downloaded from institute website : www.nsnis.org.
• The candidates should submit duly filled in application form along with a DD for ₹ 500/- drawn in favour of “ The Executive Director, SAI NSNIS, Patiala” payable at Patiala on or before 24th April, 2015 either by post or in person to the following address :

NSNIS Patiala Counseling 2015 :

Counseling will be conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, (BFUHS) Punjab at GGS medical college, Faridkot in the 2nd round along with counseling of MD / MS / PG diploma courses of Punjab.
