Candidates of HSC ( Academic ) and Other Equivalent Examinations
- Minimum average marks in Maths + Physics + Chemistry
- General Category – 50% [ 300 / 600 ]
- Backward Class including Backward Class Muslim – 45% [ 270 / 600 ]
- MBC & DNC – 40% [ 240 / 600 ]
- SC / SCA / ST – 40% [ 240 / 600 ]
- Engineering Cut – Off Marks = ( Maths / 2 ) + ( Physics / 4 ) + ( Chemistry / 4 )
Candidates of HSC ( Vocational )
- Minimum average marks in any one of Related Subjects ( Maths or Physics or Chemistry ), Vocational Theory and Practicals put together
- General Category – 50%
- Backward Class including Backward Class Muslim – 45%
- MBC & DNC – 40%
- SC / SCA / ST – 40%
For Direct Second Year ( Lateral Entry )
- Minimum average marks in the Pre – Final and Final semesters put together or Final year
- B.Sc., / Diploma holders are admitted directly in second year B.E / B.Tech. Courses.
