Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences invites admission application for Doctor of Medicine ( MD ) programs 2013.

Note : In the event of the Medical Council of India permitting for increase of seats for the existing courses ( MD Medicine ) or permitting new course ( MD Radiodiagnosis ) prior to the closure of admissions for the year 2013, shall also be filled from the merit list without issuing further notification.
SVIMS Tirupati Admission Eligibility 2013 :
- SVIMS Tirupati admission to each of the courses shall be regulated as per A.P. Educational Institutions ( Regulation of Admission ) Order, 1974 issued in G.O.P.No.646, dt: 10th July, 1979 of education (w) department of government of Andhra Pradesh and as amended from time to time. ( Copy of the G.O. is placed in the institute’s website : svimstpt.ap.nic.in )
- The candidates who have passed MBBS course from a medical college recognized by MCI and completed internship at the time of their applying are eligible.
- The candidates who will be completing internship on or before 31st March, 2013 are also eligible to apply, provided that the candidate submits the certificate mentioned in the application ( Annexure-I & II ) is to be filled and certified by the principal / dean and the declaration signed by the candidate.
- No condonation of compulsory rotating internship shall be accepted unless approved by the MCI along with necessary proof of approval by the MCI. Such condonation of compulsory rotating internship shall be restricted to the period up to 31st March, 2013 and not beyond that date.
- The condonation certificate must be submitted along with the application form only.

Application by person :
- Candidates may obtain the application forms and rules governing the admissions by submitting a Demand Draft for
1600/- in favour of “The Director, SVIMS, Tirupati”, in person.
Application by post :
- Those who want the application by post have to send a Demand Draft of 1,650/- drawn in favour of “The Director, SVIMS, Tirupati”, along with self addressed request letter to be submitted to the following address :

- SVIMS Tirupati MD admission application form can be downloaded from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences website : svimstpt.ap.nic.in.
- Send completed SVIMS Tirupati MD admission application along with a DD for 1600/- in favour of “The Director, SVIMS, Tirupati”.
- Duly filled SVIMS Tirupati admission application post by sent to the following address :
