Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi invites admission application for MBBS / BDS Courses admission notification for session 2014.

FMSC Delhi 2014 Admission Procedure

  • Instead, admission to MBBS / BDS Courses for all categories under 85% DU Quota will be made on the basis of the marks / merit obtained by the eligible candidates in the All India Pre Medical / Pre Dental Entrance Test ( AIPMT 2014 ) to be conducted by CBSE.


FMSC Delhi 2014 Eligibility

  • Indian Nationals / Overseas citizens of India, who have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system conducted by the C.B.S.E/ Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination / Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi with required subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-technology and English from the recognized schools conducting regular classes situated within the National Capital Territory of Delhi only, will be eligible for admission.
  • The candidate must have studied 11th and 12th classes regularly from a recognized school within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Further the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-technology and English separately and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks ( 40% marks in case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates ) taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology”.
  • In respect of candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for Gen-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH / ST-PH / OBC-PH are required. Provided that a candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination the result of which has not been declared, he may be provisionally permitted to take up the competitive entrance examination and in case of selection for admission to the MBBS / BDS Course, he shall not be admitted to that course until he fulfills the eligibility criteria.

  • Date of Examination AIPMT : 04th May, 2014
  • Schedule for submission of FMSC application forms without late fee : 1st December, 2013 to 31st December, 2013.
  • Schedule for submission of FMSC application forms with late fee : 1st January, 2014 to 31st January, 2014.
  • Date of receipt of confirmation page in CBSE : 10th January, 2014 to 20th January, 2014.
  • Schedule for submission of online FMSC application forms with late fee Rupee 2,000/- : 01st January, 2014 to 31st January, 2014.
  • Date of receipt of confirmation page in CBSE for the FMSC applications submitted late with fee of Rupee 1,550/- : 05th February, 2014 to 10th February, 2014.

  • Graduate ( under 10 + 2 + 3 ) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks from the University of Delhi or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto with Maths / Business Maths at class XII level.
  • Reservation of seats as per the University rules.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree in 2015 can also apply.

University of Delhi 2015 Admission Procedure

  • CAT Result will be used for short listing candidates for the above programs.
  • So a candidate has to appear for the Common Admission Test ( CAT ) conducted by the IIMs.
  • IIMs have no role in conduct of the program.

  • University of Delhi Online admission application form can be available from University of Delhi Website : www.mfc.edu & www.mbe-du.org.
  • The University of Delhi admission brochure and form can be requested by post by sending a demand draft in favour of “Director, University of Delhi South Campus” payable at New Delhi of Rupee 1800/- ( Rupee 900/- for SC / ST / PC ) for two programs and Rupee 1100/- ( Rupee 600/- for SC / ST / PC ) for a single program and mailed to reach by 25th December, 2014 :

Faculty of Commerce and Business invites Applications to the XXth batch ( 2014 – 16 ) of Master of International Business ( MIB ) and Master of Human Resource and Organizational Development ( MHROD ).

University of Delhi MIB MHROD Admission Eligibility 2014 :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from the University of Delhi or any other University recognized as an equivalent thereto, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. For candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD / OBC / CW, relaxation in eligibility would be as per University rules. For details, visit Delhi University website www.du.ac.in.

The Department uses CAT percentile for short – listing the candidates for our Postgraduate Program( s ) MIB and MHROD.

IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.

The candidate should follow the CAT advertisement of IIMs for procurement of CAT 2013 voucher.

University of Delhi 2014 Admission Process :

Delhi University admission to MIB / MHROD courses will be made on the basis of CAT percentile, GD score, and Interview score. Students will have to submit CAT percentile after appearing in the Common Admission Test conducted by IIMs. The candidate has to apply separately for CAT 2013 to IIMs and for GD & Interview to the Department.

Delhi University 2014 Mode of Application :

There are four modes of applying to the MIB-MHROD courses.

  • University of Delhi 2014 Prospectus & Application form can be obtained and submitted by paying application fees through bank draft.
  • Prospectus & Application form can also be downloaded from Website www.commercedu.com and www.du.ac.in and submitted, by post or by hand, by paying the fees as mentioned below.
  • Delhi University 2014 Prospectus & Application form can be obtained by post from The Section Officer, Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi – 110 007 by adding Rupee 100/- to the fees mentioned below according to the respective category fee along with one self – addressed envelope ( 28cms x 22cms ).
  • Student can also apply online. Details of the online mode of application will be notified at the Department’s website shortly.
  • The application money for MIB – MHROD courses is Rupee 2000/- for General / CW / OBC and Rupee 1000/- for SC / ST / PWD. Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of the “Registrar, University of Delhi”, from any Nationalised Bank, payable at Delhi. Write name, address, telephone and course( s ) applied for at the back of Bank Draft.

Applications are invited for Admission to Ayurvedacharya ( BAMS ) and Kamil – e – Tibb – o – Jarahat ( BUMS ) Course 5½ years 2013 – 2014 at A&U Tibbia College, New Delhi.

University of Delhi BAMS / BUMS Admission 2013 Eligibility

A. Age Limit for BAMS / BUMS Admission 2013 :

He / She must have attained or will attain the age of Seventeen ( 17 ) years as on 31st October, 2013.

B. For 85% Delhi Quota Seats :

i. For Ayurvedacharya ( BAMS )

  • The candidates seeking admission to BAMS Course must have passed Intermediate / Senior School Certificate Examination ( CBSE ) / Indian School Certificate Examination ( 12 years course ) with Science ( Physics, Chemistry & Biology ) and English ( OR )
  • Any other equivalent qualification recognized by the University with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English from the recognized school conducting regular classes ( except Patrachar Vidhyalaya & Open School ) situated within the NCT of Delhi only.
  • While deciding the merit the marks obtained in English will not be taken into consideration.

Note :

( i ) The OBC candidates in order to become eligible for admission to BAMS course must obtain 45% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( ii ) The SCT / ST candidates in order to become eligible for admission to BAMS course must obtain 40% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( iii ) The candidates belonging to General – PH category must have secured a minimum of 45% marks, PH – SC / PH – ST categories must have obtained a minimum 40% marks and PH – OBC categories must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( iv ) Provided that the student has passed in all the subjects separately required for purpose of admission to BAMS Course.

( v ) The candidate who has passed Sanskrit as a subject at the qualifying examination will be exempted from taking Sanskrit in 1st Prof. BAMS Course.

( vi ) For admission to the above courses he / she should has passed Hindi as one of the subjects at qualifying examination or High School / Matriculation / Secondary examination or equivalent.

ii. For Kamil – e – Tibb – o – Jarahat ( BUMS )

  • The candidates seeking admission to BUMS Course must have passed Intermediate / Senior School Certificate Examination ( CBSE ) ( 12 year course ) / Indian School Certificate Examination ( 12 years course ) ( OR )
  • Any other equivalent recognized examination thereto with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed one language except S.U.P.W. from the recognized school conducting regular classes ( except Patrachar Vidhyalaya & Open School ) situated within the NCT of Delhi only.
  • While deciding the merit the marks obtained in the English or language will not be taken into consideration.

Note :

( i ) The OBC candidates in order to become eligible for admission to BUMS course must obtain 45% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( ii ) The SC / ST candidates in order to become eligible for admission to BUMS course must obtain 40% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( iii ) The candidates belonging to General – PH category must have secured a minimum of 45% marks, PH – SC / PH – ST categories must have obtained a minimum 40% marks and PH – OBC categories must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.

( vi ) Provided that the student has passed in all the. Subjects separately required for purpose of the admission in BUMS Course.

( v ) All the admitted candidates in BUMS Course are required to submit a certificate that he / she has passed 8th Class Examination with Hindi. If he / she fails to submit the same certificate, he / she will not be awarded the degree of BUMS course until he / she submits the certificate to this effect.

( vi ) For admission to above course he / she must has passed Urdu and English as a subject either at the qualifying examination or High School / Matriculation / Secondary Examination or equivalent.

C. For 15% All India Quota : Ayurvedacharya ( BAMS ) & Kamil – e – Tibb – o – Jarahat ( BUMS ) :

  • The candidates must have passed the prescribed qualifying examination from a recognized Indian University / Boards conducting regular classes from a recognized School ( except Patrachar & Open School ).

  • University of Delhi Application Form can be submitted on or before 26th October, 2013, duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisite Demand Draft, to the office of the following address :
