      with focus on News Reporting / Anchoring / Electronic Cinematography & Video Editing

      ( Full Time ) One Year Program

      Internship : 8 Weeks

      2. Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Media & Online Journalism :

      with focus on Online Reporting / Multimedia Journalism & Production

      ( Full Time ) One – Year Program

      Eligibility : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university. Preference will be given to those with aptitude for computer skills & also writing and creative imagination and communication skills.

      Internship : 8 Weeks

      After successfully completing the above Post Graduate Diploma, students are fully qualified to join the industry and start their career. However, those of you who want to opt for higher studies, are eligible for direct admission in 2nd year of MA in Journalism & Mass Communication in UGC recognised Apeejay Stya University – India’s first Liberal Arts and Meta University.

      AIMC 2015 Application Procedure

      Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication Prospectus can be obtained from the Institute or the Apeejay Stya House ( 14, Commercial Complex, G.K. II, New Delhi ) on payment of Rupee 900/- in cash or by post by sending DD for Rupee 900/- in favour of “Apeejay Insititute of Mass Communication”, payable at New Delhi.

      The aspiring candidates should return the Application Forms duly filled in to the Admissions office by the stipulated date addressed to :

      AIMC Entrance Exam 2015 Pattern

      Candidates are required to appear for the entrance test conducted at the institute campus.

      Total Marks – 100, Duration – 2 hours at Apeejay campus, New Delhi

      There will be two Sections :

      Objective & Subjective questions comprising :

      1. General Awareness, General Knowledge and Current Affairs ( 50 Marks ).
      2. Questions related to the field of chosen course. ( 50 Marks )

      AIMC 2015 Direct Admission

      There will be Direct Admission for those students with 60% and above marks in graduation, those pursuing final year but have 60% & above marks in their first two years, are exempt from the written test. However, they have to appear before the interview panel.

      AIMC 2015 Admission Procedure

      After careful evaluation of the previous academic record, performance in the admission test / interview, the Admission Committee prepares a list of selected candidates. Preference will be given to those who display the required aptitude in subjects of the course applied for.

      AIMC 2015 Scholarships

      Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication Scholarships are available to meritorious students belonging to Economically Weaker Section.
