Sri Venkateswara University Distance Education Application Form : Application and prospectus can be obtained from State Bank of India ( SBI ) / Andhra Bank ( AB ) at SVU campus, Tirupati.
Application can also be had paying the amount in online challan at Andhra Bank A/c number 103210100020302 and State Bank of India A/c number 31573987253 with name, address of the applicant and the course written on the back side of the online challan.
For sending the application by post, a self addressed 30x25cm cover stamped 
40/- should be enclosed along with the online challan with a letter of request.

Cost of application 350/- ( plus 10/- bank charges ) for B.Ed and 200/- ( plus 10/- bank charges ) for all other courses.

SVU Distance Education Applications can also be had by paying demand draft in favour of the registrar, SV University with name and address of the applicant and the course written on the back side of the demand draft. For sending SVU Distance Education Application by post, a self – addressed 30 x 25 cover stamped 35 / – should be enclosed along with the demand draft with a letter of request.
