CIPET 2009 Application Form

Information brochure can be obtained from any of the CIPET centres by remitting a registration fee of Rs.400/- with a self addressed envelope size of 35cm x 25cm stamped for Rs.50/- in person by post.

Mode of Payment : By cash or crossed demand draft drawn in favour of “Director General, CIPET payable at Chennai on any nationalised bank dated not earlier than 1st March 2009.

CPET JEE 2009 Important Dates:

Issue of Application Form 2nd March, 2009

Last Date for Issue of Application Form 5th June, 2009

Last Date for Receipt of Filled-in Application Forms 12th June, 2009

Date of JEE 12th July 2009

Commencement of Course 17th August 2009

Note:

Demand draft for Rs.400/- from any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘Director General, CIPET’, payable at Chennai; failing which the application will be liable to be rejected.

Duly attested true copies of the testimonials including date of birth, statement of marks, Degree/Diploma//XII Std/X Std. certificates.

SC/ST category candidates may download the prescribed format of the certificate and duly filled-in certificate may be sent along with completed application form.

Sponsored category candidates may download the prescribed sponsorship certificate and duly filled-in certificate may be sent along with completed application form.

Completed form in all respects may be sent to the following address on or before 12th June 2009.
