NATA 2013 Counselling
The qualified candidates of National Aptitude Test in Architecture ( NATA ) belonging to AU / OU / SVU / NL local areas are informed to attend the NATA Counselling for admission into first year B. Architecture ( B.Arch. ) course in University ( Regular / Part – Time ) and private colleges affiliated to JNAFAU, Hyderabad, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur & Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Note : 1 ) Candidates shall produce the following original certificates for verification at the time of NATA 2013 Registration :
- NATA score card.
- Intermediate / Diploma certificate.
- SSC pass memo.
- Integrated Community Certificate ( ICC ) from MRO.
- Income Certificate issued by MRO after January, 2013 if their parental income from all sources is less than
1,00,000 /- per annum in respect of BC / Minorities / PH candidates and 2,00,000 /- per annum for SC / ST candidates. - Physical fitness certificate from a Civil Asst. Surgeon.
- Study certificate from VI class to Intermediate / Diploma.
- Transfer Certificate.
2 ) Fee to be paid by the candidate at the time of NATA Admission :
- SC / ST candidates have to pay 300 /- towards NATA Counselling fee and all other candidates have to pay 600 /-
- Tuition Fee of 10,000 /- for B. Arch. ( Regular ) and 35,000 /- for B. Arch. ( Self finance ) / B. Arch. ( PTDC ) courses in Government and Private Unaided colleges which can be paid in the form of D.D. drawn in favour of “Convenor, NATA Admissions – 2013” of any nationalized bank payable at Hyderabad.
3 ) Candidates claiming CAP / NCC / SP / PH special reservation categories shall also attend the NATA Counselling 2013 on the same dates with all relevant original certificates in support of their claim.
4 ) Candidates qualified and secured rank in NATA 2013 are eligible for attending NATA Admission Counselling as per the schedule given above. No separate call letters are sent to the individual candidates. Candidates may have to stay a day extra if necessary. Mere attending NATA Counselling does not guarantee seat.
5 ) Admissions / extending post metric scholarships to all the categories will be made as per rules in vogue at the time of counseling.

7 ) Class work will commence from October, 2013.
Procedure for Registration for Award of NATA 2013 Rank
Rank in NATA – 2013, shall be awarded by taking into account, 50% marks of 10+2 ( or ) equivalent along with 50% of NATA Score. Application forms for NATA Registration are available in the JNAFAU Website and also can be taken from respective NATA Test Centers where the candidate has taken NATA Examination. Candidates shall enroll their candidature at the respective NATA Examination Centers by submitting duly filled in NATA Application Form along with a NATA Registration Fee of 400 / – ( for SC / ST 200 / – only ) in the form of Cash / DD in favour of “The Convenor NATA – Admissions – 2013”. They should also submit attested copies of the following documents attached to the application form, such as :
- NATA Score Card.
- 10+2 ( or ) equivalent marks memo.
- SSC ( or ) equivalent certificate.
- Caste certificate ( in case of BC / SC / ST / Special Category ).
- Study certificates from VI class to XII class / residence certificate ( from MRO / Tahsildar – mentioning their past 7 years of stay ) to prove their local area status.
1 ) After qualifying in the NATA Examination, 10+2 ( or ) equivalent marks memo, duly filled – in application form along with necessary documents mentioned in the application form, including declaration by the candidate with the Parent’s / Guardian’s signature shall be submitted to the respective NATA Test Center only : August, 2013 to September, 2013.
2 ) Declaration of NATA Results 2013 by the Convenor, NATA Admissions 2013, in the JNAFA University Website : www.jnafau.ac.in : September, 2013.
3 ) Commencement of BArch 1st year class work : October, 2013.
Remarks : Students, who have appeared NATA, shall register and submit their certificates along with NATA Application Form, in their respective NATA Test Centers, where they have taken the NATA Examination. Candidates shall adhere to these guidelines strictly otherwise their application shall not be accepted in any form.
Note : The candidates, who are domicile of Andhra Pradesh but have appeared NATA Examination outside the State of Andhra Pradesh, shall submit their NATA Application Form along with necessary Documents for NATA Registration directly to the Convenor, NATA Admissions 2013 in person, along with Parent / Guardian signature.
