Eligibility for Jammu Kashmir BPEE CET MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses:
A Candidate,
1. must be a permanent resident doctor of J&K State.
2. possesses MBBS degree from the University of Jammu / University of Kashmir or an equivalent degree recognized by University of Jammu / University of Kashmir and the Medical Council of India and is registered with the State Medical Council.
3. completed satisfactorily one year’s pre-registration compulsory rotatory internship in a duly recognized institution as laid down by the University of Jammu / University of Kashmir for registration as a Medical Graduate.
4. is eligible in terms of Notification SRO-08 of 2005.
For candidates applying under rural service category.
a) Rural service means service rendered in area at least 20 km away from the Municipal/ Town area limits from the shortest possible routes.
b) rural service certificate should be issued by the Director Health and Family Welfare to the effect that the candidate has served in rural area for five or more than five years.
5. For Hospital Administration:-
a) two years experience in a Hospital or in the Health Services on either one or more than one of the administrative positions as under:-
Deputy Director of Health Services; Deputy Director of Family Welfare; Asstt Director Health Services; Assistant Director of Family Welfare; Chief Medical Officer; Health and Family Welfare/Health Officer; Dy. CMO; District Health Officer; PHC Medical Superintendent of a Hospital; Assistant Medical Superintendent of a Hospital; Resident Medical Officer in a teaching Medical College, Hospital : Medical Officer Incharge of Scheme Special Officer; Stores Medical officer Epidemiology.
b) three years as Assistant Surgeon, Medical Officer in the State or Central Health Services or one year as Junior Resident in the Department of Hospital Administration along with one year as Assistant Surgeon, Medical Officer in the State or Central Health Services.
4. Post Graduate Dental Course
Last date of receipt of Applications for Post Graduate Dental Course:
1st week of January
Date of Examinations for Post Graduate Dental Course:1st or 2nd week of February.
Course/Streams:
1. Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics
2. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligibility for Jammu Kashmir BPEE CET Post Graduate Dental Courses:
A Candidate,
1. must be a permanent resident doctor of J&K State.
2. possesses BDS degree from the University of Jammu / University of Kashmir or an equivalent degree recognized by University of Jammu / University of Kashmir and the Dental Council of India and is registered with the State Dental Council.
3. completed satisfactorily one year’s pre-registration compulsory rotatory internship in a duly recognized institution as laid down by the University of Jammu / University of Kashmir and DCI for registration as Dental Graduate.
4. Only such in service doctors shall be eligible for undergoing PG Course as have put in minimum of 2 years service in rural areas.
For candidates Applying Under Rural Service Category.:-

b) rural service certificate should be issued by the Director Health and Family Welfare to the effect that the candidate has served in rural areas for five or more than five years.

Eligibility for Jammu Kashmir BPEE CET Post Graduate Courses in Agriculture Sciences:
A Candidate,
1. must be a permanent resident of J&K State as defined in Section 6 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir State.
2. possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in the related field with :
3. OGPA 2.80 on 4.00 point scale OR OGPA 6.75 on 10.00 point scale OR 55% marks in aggregate
4. GPA 3.00 on 4.00 point scale OR GPA 7.00 on 10.00 point scale OR 60% marks in the subject concerned
5. Only such candidates as have graduated from Institutes /Universities recognized by VCI/ICAR/UGC are eligible to apply.
6. Candidates applying under Reserved Categories under the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005, must attach copies of the relevant category certificate and other valid documents with the application form.
