Procurement of JCECE PGMAT 2010 Application Form & Prospectus and Examination Fees :
(i) JCECEB PGMAT 2010 Application form and prospectus can be obtained during sale period from any one of the following post office on Cash Payment of 1100.00 (Rs. 800 for SC/ST only) in addition to 35 rupees as P.O. Processing Fee. (i) P.O. RIMS Branch, Ranchi (ii) Post Office MGM College Campus, Jamshedpur (iii) BCCL Township P.O. Dhanbad.
(ii) The cost of JCECEB PGMAT 2010 Application form includes Examination fee, which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Submission of Filled up JCECE PGMAT 2010 Application Form (i) Application is to be sent by registered/speed post only to The Controller of Examination, So that the same is received in the office of the Controller of Examination latest by 5.00 P.M. of the last date fixed for receiving filled up application forms. After this, no application shall be received. (ii) JCECE PGMAT 2010 Applications will not be received/entertained if submitted by hand. (iii) Incomplete applications and applications received after last date will not be considered and will be rejected. (iv) More than one application in one envelope will lead to rejection of all the applications contained in the envelope. (v) Authorities do not undertake any responsibility whatsoever for delay in postal transit or loss of applications and other documents during postal transit. All correspondence including call letters for Counselling/Verification or original documents will be sent at the correspondence address given in the Computer form and any request for change of address will not be entertained. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to leave his forwarding address at the concerned Post Office. (vi) The Candidate must ensure that the PGMAT application form received by him is for the year of Examination-2010 and bears the seal of the issuing P.O. from where it has been issued and signed by an officer of that Post Office.
