The request should accompany a self-addressed unstamped envelope of the size of 28x20 cms. indicating clearly:
There are different sets of JNU CBEE 2010 Forms for each programme and, therefore, candidates are advised to apply separately in case they wish to apply for more than one programme i.e.
For M.Sc. Biotechnology OR
For M.Sc.(Agri.)/M.V.Sc. Biotechnology OR
For M.Tech. Biotechnology Programme
The JNU CBEE 2010 entrance examination fee is Rs. 600/- for general category candidates including OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for the candidates belonging to SC/ST, Blind and Physically Challenged (Handicapped) categories. The entrance examination fee for Foreign Nationals is US$ 25.00 or Rs.1250/-. The candidates are required to enclose a bank draft for the prescribed examination fee. The Bank Draft should be valid for six months and drawn in favour of "JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY" payable at New Delhi. The details of the bank draft should be indicated by the candidate in Column no. 17 of the application form.
The candidate must write his/her name, application form number, subject applied and examination centre opted, on the reverse of the bank draft.
If the bank draft for examination fee is not enclosed with the application form, the application will be summarily rejected without any reference to the candidate. Please note that the fee is not refundable.
Declaration: The candidate must sign the declaration at the end of the application form.
Telephone/Fax No./Email etc: The candidate is also advised to give his/her telephone/mobile number; Fax/Email, if any, in the appropriate columns at the end of application form.
JNU CBEE 2010 Acknowledgment Card: One printed acknowledgment card is enclosed with the application form. This acknowledgement card should not be detached from the application form. The candidate is required to complete this card and affix a postage stamp of Rs.6/- and enclose this acknowledgement card with the application form itself. The acknowledgment card will be mailed to the candidate by the first week of April. For all future correspondence, the candidate should invariably indicate his/her Registration Number, after the same is allotted, and send the communication to the Deputy Registrar (Admissions), Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi-110067.

Completed JNU CBEE 2010 Application Forms can be submitted personally or should be sent to the following addresses by Registered Post/Speed Post Only to and not to any other Participating University. So as to reach him latest by March 16, 2010.
