AIMA UGAT Application Form 2013

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply :

Obtain Form with UGAT Bulletin against cash payment of 450/- from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi.

Obtain crossed Demand Draft ( DD ) of 500/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website http://apps.aima.in/Ugat2013 alongwith the DD details.

AIMA UGAT 2013 Online Registration

1. Filling of AIMA UGAT Registration Form Online :

• Visit the link for applying online.
• Visit this page regularly to view updated information.

2. Obtaining of Demand Draft ( Pre – Requisite ) :

• You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the AIMA UGAT Registration Form.
• You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for 500/- drawn in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi, in advance.
• AIMA UGAT application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.

3. Fill AIMA UGAT 2013 Online Registration Form :

• With the Demand Draft ready, you can do online registration. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

4. After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.

5. An auto – generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online registration form and will appear on print version of the AIMA UGAT Registration Form.

6. Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.

7. After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.

8. You must keep an additional copy of the AIMA UGAT application form for all future reference.

Despatching of duly completed printout of AIMA UGAT Registration Form

Make the set of the following documents :

Print out of the filled online AIMA UGAT registration form with auto – generated Registration No. with your photograph affixed and duly signed.

On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details :

• Your Name.
• Auto – generated Registration Number.

Send the above set of documents to the following address :

Centre for Management Services,
Management House,
14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road,
New Delhi – 110 003.

AIMA UGAT forms received after the last date 3rd May, 2013 will be rejected.

Filling of Colleges / Management Institutes Codes ( MI Codes ) of Five chosen Institutes where your AIMA UGAT score to be sent the following :

• On receipt and verification of duly completed printout with Demand Draft, the UGAT bulletin containing the profiles of participating management institutes, will be sent by AIMA to the address filled by you. Peruse the bulletin to identify five institutes where your UGAT Score is to be sent by AIMA automatically.
• Visit this site : http://www.aima-ind.org upto AIMA UGAT Test Date to fill the Management Institutes Codes ( MI Codes ) of five chosen institutes where your UGAT 2013 score is to be sent.

AIMA UGAT 2013 Admit Card

AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2013

The candidates can download AIMA UGAT 2013 admit card from the website, seven days before the AIMA UGAT test date.

For downloading your admit card kindly follow the following procedure :

• Check website link : http://apps.aima.in/ugat_admitcard.aspx seven days before the AIMA UGAT test date.
• Access individual admit card using UGAT Registration Form Number.
• Take the printout of the AIMA UGAT admit card from the above link.
• AIMA UGAT admit card will have the roll number and test centre address.
• Affix on the AIMA UGAT admit card two similar photographs.
• Get the photographs on the admit card attested by any Gazzetted officer or Head of the Institute / College from where the candidate has passed or going to pass.
• Report to the AIMA UGAT test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test.
