AIMA UGAT Application Form 2015
Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply :
1. Obtain Form with UGAT Bulletin against cash payment of 450/- from listed Institutes or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi.
2. Obtain crossed Demand Draft ( DD ) of 500/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website www.apps.aima.in/Ugat2015 alongwith the DD details.
3. Obtain UGAT Bulletin & Application Form by post, by sending a Demand Draft for 500/- to AIMA, drawn in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi alongwith two self-addressed slips / adhesive stickers.
AIMA UGAT 2015 Online Registration
1. Filling of AIMA UGAT Consent Form Online :
- Visit the link for applying online.
- Visit this page regularly to view updated information.
2. Obtaining of Demand Draft ( Pre-Requisite ) :
- You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of giving online consent for participation in UGAT. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the AIMA UGAT Online Consent Form.
- You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for the inclusion of notification of requisite amount drawn in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi, in advance.
- AIMA UGAT Consent Form submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.
3. Fill AIMA UGAT 2015 Online Consent Form :
- With the Demand Draft ready, you can fill online consent form. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.
4. After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.
5. An auto – generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online registration form and will appear on print version of the AIMA UGAT consent Form.
6. Before taking the print out, save the print version of consent form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.
7. After taking the print out, endorse your signature alongwith seal of the B-School on print version of consent form.
8. You must keep an additional copy of the AIMA UGAT consent form for all future reference.
Despatching of duly completed printout of AIMA UGAT Registration Form
Make the set of the following documents :
Print out of the filled online AIMA UGAT consent form with auto – generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details :
- Institute / University Name.
- Auto – generated Registration Number.
Copy of supporting document as to recognised Programme from approving authority / affiliating university.
Demand Draft of amount as applicable in favour of All India Management Association payable at New Delhi.
Copy of notification in Hard Copy, CD & Positives of all the pages of the notification.

AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2015
The candidates can download AIMA UGAT 2015 admit card from the website, seven days before the AIMA UGAT test date.
For downloading your admit card kindly follow the following procedure :
- Check AIMA website link : http://apps.aima.in/ugat_admitcard.aspx seven days before the AIMA UGAT test date for downloading Admit Card.
- Access individual admit card using UGAT Registration Form Number.
- Take the printout of the AIMA UGAT Admit Card from the above link.
- AIMA UGAT admit card will have the Roll Number and Test Centre Address.
- Affix on the AIMA UGAT admit card two similar photographs.
- Get the photographs on the Admit Card attested by any Gazzetted Officer or Head of the Institute / College from where the candidate has passed or going to pass.
- Report to the test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test.
