AIMA UGAT Application Form 2021

HOW TO APPLY :

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

  1. Register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2021 with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking payment of  750/-. (OR)
  2. Register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2021 along with a Demand Draft of 750/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi. (OR)
  3. Purchase the OMR Registration Form against cash payment of  750/- from listed Institutes or from All India Management Association (AIMA), 15, Link Road, Lajpat Nagar, Part-III, New Delhi-110024. Duly filled forms to be sent on the address given below:

  4. UGAT Registration (OMR) Form are available against cash payment of 750/- from The Office of the Head, Department of Management. Studies, University of Kashmir. Duly filled OMR Forms to be submitted in Office of the Head, Department of Management. Studies, University of Kashmir. Candidates to retain a photocopy of their filled OMR Form for future use.Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

Mode of Test(How to take the test) : Candidate can take UGAT as: Paper Based Test (PBT)

MODE 1: For candidates who complete the Online Registration by

  • Uploading digital image of photograph,
  • Uploading digital image of signature, &
  • Online payment

MODE 2: For candidates who affix the photograph and sign the printout of Registration Form or For candidates who make the payment through Demand Draft (DD) or Online Payment.

MODE 3: For candidates applying through OMR Registration Forms.

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS TO BE MADE READY FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

  • Valid Email Id
  • Scanned image of photograph (up to 50 kb)
  • Scanned image of signature ( up to 50 kb)
  • Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking details
  • Demand Draft in favour of ‘All India Management Association’

AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2021

ADMIT CARD : All provisionally registered candidates have to download their Admit Card from AIMA website: https://apps.aima.in/UGAT2021 as per the schedule given above.
Admit Card contains Candidate’s Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address.

Last date for Online Registration: 12 June 2021 (Saturday)

Last Date for Online Filling-up/ Purchase of Form : 10 June 2021 (Thursday)

Last Date for receipt of Printout of Registration Form at AIMA, Lapat Nagar, New Delhi : 12 June 2021 (Saturday)

Last Date for Online Filling-up/ Purchase of Form : 10 June 2021 (Thursday)

Last Date for receipt of Printout of Registration Form at AIMA, Lapat Nagar, New Delhi : 12 June 2021 (Saturday)

Paper Based Test (PBT) Test Date: 19 June 2021 (Saturday)

Availability of Admit Cards: 14 June 2021

LIST OF PARTICIPATING MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES (Will be available from first week of March 2021) :

UGAT Registration Form Acknowledgement:
All filled-in forms or printout of online registration if required to be sent; received at AIMA will be processed within 5 days and the Form Numbers of such received forms will be available on website link: http://apps.aima.in/UGAT2021 Such forms will be scrutinized and if found in order; will be Provisionally registered.
However, form printout received later than the due date is liable to be rejected. Neither any correspondence in this regard will be entertained nor the fee to be refunded.

Test Timings:

1. For IMBA, BBA, BCA     :   1000-1200 hrs
2. For BHM                           :   1000-1300 hrs
3. For both 1) & 2)                :   1000-1300 hrs

Reporting Time for the Test: 0830 Hrs
