Entrance Test Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for MSc (Nursing)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to appear for Entrance Test for admission into M.Sc., (Nursing) courses for the academic year 2007-08.

Eligibility:

The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc.,(Nursing) with minimum of 55% aggregate marks and in respect of SC/ ST Candidates 50%, from any University / Institution recognized or established under any State or Central Act/ Indian Nursing Council, The candidate should be a registered Nurse and registered midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration council.

For Service Candidates: Should have completed 2 years of Govt. service in any institution in the State of Andhra Pradesh as on 31-12-2007 in any capacity in Nursing and must be a regular employee.

For Regular Candidates: Work Experience: Minimum one year of work experience as on 31-12-2007 after B.Sc. (Nursing).

Age: Should not have completed 45 years as on 31st December of the year of admission, is relaxed by 3 years in case of SC and ST candidates.

Sex: Women only.

Sale of application Form:

Requisitions for supply of application forms by post should be accompanied by a written requisition specifying the name of the course & social status. The candidates shall also clearly type or write on the back side of the Demand Draft, the name of the Candidate, Course and Social Status i.e., OC/BC/SC/ST. Those application forms obtained with cost of Rs.450/- Rs.500/- shall not be considered for other than SC & ST candidates.

Filled in applications forms received after 5.00 PM on 02-01-2008 and those unaccompanied by the required certificates or with incomplete entries or from ineligible candidates shall stand rejected automatically. Last Date For Submission of Filled In Application Forms: The filled in application forms with all necessary documents shall reach on or before 02-01-2008 by 5.00 PM to the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada only.

Entrance Test: The Entrance Test will be held on 20-01-2008 from 10.00AM to 11.30 AM at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad.
