Kerala CEE LLM Entrance Exam Date : 15th January, 2012 ( Sunday ).
Kerala CEE applications are invited for the Entrance Examination for admission to LL.M Course 2011 – 12 in the Government Law Colleges at Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Kozhikode.
Kerala CEE LLM Eligibility 2012 :
- Nativity : Applicant should be an Indian citizen of Kerala Origin.
- Academic qualifications : Candidates who have passed the L.L.B. examination ( 5 year / 3 year course ) with a minimum of 50% marks from the Universities in Kerala or other Universities recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission. Candidates appearing / appeared for the regular Final year LL.B. examination can also apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidates become eligible for admission only if they produce the Provisional Degree / Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts of the qualifying examination at the time of allotment of seats.
- Age : There is no upper age limit for Kerala CEE admission to LLM Course.
Kerala CEE LLM Exam Pattern 2012 :
- The Questions of the Kerala CEE Entrance Examination will be of objective type.
- There shall be two papers each of 90 minutes duration, from 9.30am to 11.00am and 11.30 am to 1.00pm.
- Each paper will have 100 questions. Kerala CEE questions shall be of the standard of LL.B Examination.
Kerala CEE LLM Application forms 2012 :
- Kerala CEE LLM Application forms and Prospectus can be downloaded from the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations website : www.cee-kerala.org .
- Keralites residing inside Kerala State, can remit the Kerala CEE application fee (
800/- Rupees Eight Hundred only ) in any branch of the State bank of Travancore using the Chalan provided on Kerala CEE application form. - The original Chalan contained shall be attached with the Kerala CEE application form duly signed and authorized by Bank authorities on remittance of Kerala CEE application fees.
- Keralites residing outside Kerala State, can remit the Kerala CEE application fee by attaching a Demand Draft for the requisite amount drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of the “Commissioner for Entrance Examinations”, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
- Government of Kerala Law Entrance Exam LLM application fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Submission of Application Form for Kerala CEE LLM 2012 :
- Completed CEE Kerala applications with all the documents should be forwarded to the following address either by Registered Post or by hand delivery so as to reach him before 30th December, 2011 ( 5.00 PM. ) :

Thiruvananthapuram – 695 001. - Late Kerala CEE applications including those brought after 30th December, 2011 ( 5 PM. ) will not be accepted.
- The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be responsible for any postal delay.
- Incomplete, defective and wrongly addressed Kerala CEE applications will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be undertaken in this regard.
- After submission of the Kerala CEE application, candidates will not be allowed to include any information in the Kerala CEE application form or submit any certificate claiming reservation or other benefits under any circumstances.
- Candidates must note that they have to obtain the required certificates in the body of the Kerala CEE application form itself, wherever necessary. The certificates that are attached separately in the Kerala CEE application form will not be considered.
- The centralized allotment of seats will be notified after the publication of the results of the Kerala CEE entrance examination. Individual intimation will not be sent to candidates in this regard.
- All certificates in support of various claims preferred in the Kerala CEE application form will have to be submitted at the time of allotment. No extension of time will be granted for this.
- CEE Kerala LLM Entrance Examination and subsequent allotments will be based on the various provisions laid down in the Kerala CEE prospectus, approved by Government.
- Candidates are directed to go through the various provisions in the Kerala CEE Prospectus available in the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations website : www.cee-kerala.org before submitting their Kerala CEE applications.
Kerala CEE LLM Important Dates 2012 :
- Last Date of Kerala CEE LLM Application Form : 30th December, 2011 ( 5.00 PM. ).
- Kerala CEE LLM Entrance Examination will be conducted at Thiruvananthapuram : 15th January, 2012 ( Sunday ).
- Kerala CEE Admit cards can be downloaded from website ( www.cee.kerala.gov.in ) : 09th January, 2012.
