IGRUA Application Form 2013
Application should be submitted in prescribed format available on IGRUA website http://www.igrua.gov.in/
Documents to be attached along with Application Form 2013 :
Candidates applying off line will be required to submit below mentioned Documents enclosed along with their application form.
- Two Recent passport size photographs ( One pasted on Application Form and the other enclosed ) with name written at the back.
- Non – refundable Application fee of
6,000/- by Demand Draft in favour of ‘Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi’ drawn on any nationalized / scheduled Bank and payable at Raebarely. - Only SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.

IGRUA Admit Cards 2013
Admit Cards will be sent by Courier/ Post directly to the candidates. If Admit Cards are not received by 03rd June, 2013. IGRUA office can be contacted on telephone for further instructions. Information regarding Roll number and allotted examination center will also be available on IGRUA website by 25th May, 2013.
IGRUA 2013 Eligibility
Passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent with Physics, Maths & English as main subjects with minimum qualifying marks as below :

Note :
- In case SC / ST and OBC candidates do not qualify even after 5% relaxation in the Entrance Written test, the seats would be de – reserved for General Category.
- Total 80 candidates shall be selected for training as per merit list. They shall be inducted in batches every three months starting September, 2013. However, IGRUA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats.
- Candidates can also opt for B.Sc. ( Aviation ) Degree from Chatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur, conducted simultaneously with CPL Course, subject to completion of the prescribed syllabus on aviation subjects, flying at IGRUA and project work after completion of CPL. Duration of this course will be 03 years.
Age Limit for IGRUA Exams 2013
Minimum age limit for above course is 17 years at the time of joining the course.
IGRUA Medical : Selected candidates will have to submit Class – I Medical Fitness Certificate before joining.

IGRUA Entrance 2013 Training Fee : 32.5 Lacs + Applicable Taxes ( @ 12.36% at present ) payable in four installments.
IGRUA 2013 Boarding & Lodging : Separate Hostels for Boys and Girls. Hostel accommodation within the campus ( on twin sharing basis ) and Messing is provided. ( Charges approximately 7000/- per month ).
IGRUA Selection Procedure 2013
Selection procedure consists of Written Test, Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test, Viva and Interview in the following manner :
a) IGRUA Written Test 2013 : At allotted centers on 9th June, 2013 ( Sunday ) at 10:00 hrs onwards.

( Option for two centers is to be made giving first and second choice ).
IGRUA reserves the right to cancel any Center if numbers of Applicants for the Center are inadequate.
Syllabus for IGRUA Written Test 2013
General English, Maths, Physics & Reasoning ( 10+2 level and objective type only ).
Qualifying Marks in IGRUA Written Test 2013
The total numbers of shortlisted candidates after written examination will be at least three times the total seats ( 450 ) in the order of Written Test Merit. However, the cutoff marks for SC / ST / OBC candidates will be 5% less from the marks secured by the last candidate in the General category.
IGRUA Written Test Result 2013
Result of Written Test and schedule of Inteview / Pilot Aptitude Test / Psychometric Test will be available at IGRUA Website at http://www.igrua.gov.in/ on or after 17th June, 2013.
a) IGRUA Pilot Aptitude Test / Psychometric Test 2013
- Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Tests for all successful candidates in Interview / Viva will be conducted at IGRUA, Raebareli from 29th July, 2013 onwards.
- Only successful candidates in Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test shall qualify for final selection.
- No relaxation in criteria will be applicable for SC / ST / OBC Candidates in Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test.
- All, excluding SC / ST candidates, will be required to pay 6000/- as Application / Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test fee.
b) IGRUA Exams 2013 for Interview / Viva
Interview and viva for all successful candidates in Written Test will be conducted at IGRUA, Raebareli from 01st July, 2013 onwards.
All short listed candidates will be required to produce following documents in original at the time of interview :
- Proof of Date of Birth ( such as 10th Class certificate )
- 10th Marksheet
- 10+2 Marksheet
- Caste Certificate for SC / ST / OBC Candidates
- A Certificate from the competent Authority that the OBC Candidate does not belong to Creamy layer.
Result for Shortlisted Candidates after interviews will be available on or after 11th July, 2013.
Traveling Allowance to SC / ST:
SC / ST candidates will be reimbursed 2nd Class to and fro rail fare on production of tickets from their registered address to Raebareily to appear for Interview / Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test.
