The minimum qualification for admission to MBA course is a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Technology/ Medical/ Dental/ Agriculture or other professional courses from recognized Indian Universities.

It may be noted that, eligibility criteria may differ from one Institution to another Institution.

The application form can be filled up and submitted online through
www.jemat.org . Alternatively, the application form could be downloaded and submitted to the University Office along with a DD of Rs 600.00 (without late fine) / Rs 800.00 (with late fine) in favour of WBUT-JEMAT payable at Kolkata and two copies of passport size photograph duly signed on reverse side. Candidates applying online should send the DD and photographs to the University Office. Forms not properly filled up shall be cancelled.

The JEMAT written test will be of objective type consisting of following papers each of 100 marks and of 3 hours duration as detailed below:

The whole process of Written Examination, Group Discussion & Personnel Interview will be conducted by the WBUT.

The weightage of different components of the Test is as follows:

1. Written Test — 200 marks (80%)

2. Group Discussion (GD) — 25 marks (10%)

3. Personal Interview (PI) — 25 marks (10%)
