Admission for Graduate Engineers

MBA Program in Power Management (2008-10)-VII Batch

Candidates desirous of joining the MBA in Power Management Program of NPTI for the academic session 2008-10 have to necessarily appear for the CAT-2007 Exam (for both Sponsored & Non-sponsored categories) conducted by IIMs on 18th November 2007 at various centers across India

Objective:

This is a pioneering venture of two / years duration to develop world-class Business Managers with a thorough understanding of Power Sector.

Eligibility: B.E or equivalent (General 60% Marks in aggregate of all Semester, SC / ST Min Pass Marks)

Selection: CAT Score followed by GD and Interview at NPTI, Faridabad. SEBs. Utilities and Private Sector Organizations may also sponsor candidates, for whom CAT score is mandatory.

Placement: NPTI maintains close linkages with Power Industry to facilitate Placement. How to Apply: Application form along with the Prospectus can be obtained in cash from NPTI, Faridabad or by post from Principal Director (CAMPS), NPTI, Sector-33, Faridabad-121 003, Haryana by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs. 800/- (Rs 400/- for SC / ST & Rs. 200/- for Haryana SC / ST candidates) in favour of National Power Training Institute payable at Faridabad on or before 25th February, 2008. The Application Form can also be downloaded from the web site of NPTI at www.npti.nic.in. In such cases, the candidate should enclose a Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 800/- (Rs 400/- for SC / ST & Rs.200/-for Haryana SC / ST candidates) along with application form. Filled in applications may be sent to reach on or before 25-12-2008.
