C. S. M. Medical University U.P., Lucknow shall be conducting the Competitive Entrance Examination for selecting Candidates for admission to M.Phil ( Clinical Psychology ) Course in the Department of Psychiatry, C. S. M. Medical University U.P., Lucknow for the year 2012.

Eligibility for CSM Medical University 2012 :
The candidate must be an Indian National.
Maximum numbers of seats are 4 ( General – 3, Other backwards class – 1 ) as per university guidelines.
Minimum educational requirement for CSMMU admission to this course will be M.A. / M.Sc. degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology or equivalent from a university / deemed university recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. For SC / ST / OBC category, minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.
Candidates who have appeared in their final qualifying examination and the result is awaited, can apply. They may appear in the written examination but they will have to present passing out certificate at the time of interview.
CSMMU Application Form 2012 :
The CSMMU MPhil application forms can be downloaded from the CSM Medical University website www.csmmu.in and to be submitted along with processing fee of 
1500/- ( DD drawn in favour of “Controller of Examination, CSM Medical University, U.P. payable at Lucknow in person / post to the following address :

The CSMMU application form complete in all respect should reach up to 16th January, 2012 ( Incomplete CSMMU forms and the forms received after the due date shall be rejected ).
Candidates, who are employed, must submit their CSMMU Mphil applications through proper channel. In case the candidate is selected for the course, he shall be given admission only if he / she have obtained the permission from his / her employer and the prior sanction of study leave for the entire duration of the M.Phil Course.
The candidate should himself make sure about his eligibility for the course and carefully fill up the CSM Medical University application form 2012.
No letter of acknowledgment of the receipt of CSMMU application shall be sent to the candidates.
The processing CSM Medical University Application fee once received shall neither be refunded nor adjusted for subsequent examination, if the application form is rejected.
The CSMMU application form 2012 should have the following enclosures :
Three passport size coloured photographs with white background ( sharp, full front face, without cap / hat or dark glasses ) self attested ( to be affixed at the requisite places in the CSMMU MPhil application form ).
- Attested Photocopies of Highschool certificate as an age proof.
- Qualifying examination degree / Certificate. The candidate who have appeared in their final of Qualifying examination and the result is awaited should submit a proof of the same by the Head of the institution / Head of the department.
