India’s Ronjan Sodhi Wins a Silver at ISSF World Cup Finals 2012

Ronjan Sodhi made a superb comeback after his heartbreak at the London Olympics, gunning down silver in the Shotgun World Cup Final where only 12 best performers of the year compete.

Sodhi, who won the title twice in Izmir ( Turkey) in 2010 and in Al Ain ( UAE ) last year, narrowly failed to complete a hat – trick at the Gaj Maribor Shooting Club in Maribor, Slovenia though he beat several Olympic medalists including London Games silver and bronze medalists. The former world number one secured the Silver by scoring 191 points. Joshua Richmond of America won the Gold medal and Bronze was bagged by Fehaid Aldeehani of Kuwait during the event.
