Prospectus alongwith Application Form by Post
The prospectus alongwith Application Form can also be obtained by Registered Book Post/ Courier on payment of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of The Indian Law Institute payable at New Delhi alongwith a self-addressed envelope of not less than 24x30 cms. size. The amount once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The Institute will not be responsible for the delay, loss or damage, if any, during the transit of the Prospectus. Institute will dispatch the Prospectus containing Application Form within three days of the receipt of request. The envelope of the letter requesting for the prospectus must be super-scribed at the left top corner as "REQUEST FOR PROSPECTUS - 2009".
This will help in responding to the request immediately. Also, the name of the candidate, address and the course for which admission will be sought, must be clearly written on the back of the demand draft. The ILI shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
Submission of ILI CAT 2009 Application Form
The Application Form complete in all respects should be submitted either in person or by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier/Messenger so as to reach the following addresses on or before June 08, 2009 for admission to LL.M. Programme alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- towards Common Admission Test (CAT) and processing fee for admission etc.

ILI CAT 2009 Admit Card
1. Admit Card (in duplicate), as annexed to this prospectus should be submitted by the applicant seeking admission to LL.M. along with the Application Form, duly filled in, pasting his/her passport size photograph in the space provided.
2. The Admit Card allotting the Center and Roll No. of the Common Admission Test (CAT) will be issued to the candidates at the time of submission of Application Form in person and in other cases the Admit Card will be sent by post. The Institute will not be responsible in any way for any loss, damage or delay in transit of the Admit Card.
3. The Admit Card is required to be retained by the candidate till the admissions are finalized. Duplicate Admit Card will not be issued after the CAT. However, if the Admit Card is lost by the candidate, duplicate Admit Card will be issued by the Institute with the approval of the Competent Authority on payment of Rs. 300/-.
