Indian Law Institute, Delhi invites application for admission to 1 year LLM and 2 year LLM Programs through All India Admission Test for the academic year 2013 – 2014.

ILI Exam Eligibility 2013
Eligibility for ILI LL.M. – 1 year course
- LL.B. Degree ( with not less than 50% marks ) from any University / Institution recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrollment as an advocate in India.
- A Law Degree from a foreign country with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
- The candidates appearing in the qualifying ILI 2013 Entrance Examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of Indian Law Institute Admission.
- If the result of the qualifying ILI Law qualifying examination is not declared till the date of ILI Admission, his / her admission shall be provisional. Such candidate shall give an undertaking that he / she is taking the provisional admission at his / her risk and that he / she shall submit the result of qualifying ILI Examination on or before 15th September, 2013.
- In case the candidate fails to submit his / her final result of qualifying ILI examination to prove his / her eligibility on or before 15th September, 2013 for any reason whatsoever, his / her admission shall be treated as cancelled and the entire fee forfeited.
Eligibility for ILI LLM 2 year Course
- LL.B. Degree ( with not less than 50% marks ) from any University / Institution recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrollment as an advocate in India and as above.
Indian Law Institute Seats 2013
- Intake of Master of Law ( LL.M. ) – 1 year course : 20
- Intake of Master of Law ( LL.M. ) – 2 year course : 30
ILI 2013 Reservation of Seats
- Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes : 15% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and 7½% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes. Any unfilled ILI CAT seats reserved for Scheduled Castes will be treated as reserved for Scheduled Tribes and vice versa. A certificate to this effect shall be attached with the application form.
- Non Creamy Layer Other Backward Classes ( OBC ) students : 27% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to OBC. The OBC candidates if they wish to be considered under OBC Category should give Non Creamy Layer OBC declaration and undertaking with the application form for admission. The definition of Creamy Layer, the form of declaration and undertaking to be submitted by the OBC candidates.
- Physically Handicapped : 3% seats are reserved for Physically Handicapped candidates. A Certificate from the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Physically Handicapped, I.T.I. Campus, Pusa, New Delhi – 110 012. or from any other Government Authorized Agency is required to be produced specifying that the applicant is fit to pursue LLM Course.
- Seats reserved for students coming from the State of Jammu & Kashmir : In pursuance of UGC guidelines conveyed vide letter no. F.1-1/2012 ( SA-III ) dated 19.10.2012, two supernumerary seats in all programs have been created for admitting students coming from the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
