The NLIU admits 82 students for its B.A.LL.B (Hons) Program. Out of these 82 seats, 41 seats are for All India Candidates and remaining 41 seats are for the residents of Madhya Pradesh to be filled up through Common Law Admission Test.

Eligbility for LL.M Program
A candidate should have secured a LL.B. degree or its equivalent examination from a recognized University, having obtained not less than 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC).
