Note :

(i)* That the Army Institute of Law, Mohali will fill up all seats in academic session of 2009-10 through centralized counselling to be conducted by the authority/university authorized by the Punjab Government as per final order and judgement dt. 30.7.2007 of Hon'ble High Court in C.W.P. No. 5863 of 2007-Army Institute of Law versus State of Punjab and breakup of 80 seats is as follows:

• Wards of Army Personnel: 64 Seats
• Punjab Residents Civil Category: 12 seats
• All India General Category: 04 Seats

The reservation policy of Punjab Government shall not be applicable on 12 seats Punjab Residents Civil category.

(ii). The number of intake of seats will be got authenticated by University, from the affiliating University as approved by Bar Council of India and notified by the Punjab Government before publishing in the prospectus.
