BA LLB Program:

RMLNLU 2010 Eligibility:

The admission shall be based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test. However, to qualify for admission, the candidate:

1. must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an examination equivalent thereof, securing in aggregate not less than 50% (45% in case of SC/ST candidatesofU.P.)of the total marks.

2. must not have completed 20 years (22 years in case of SC/ST candidates of U.P.) of age as on 1st July, 2010. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and awaiting for their results may also write the Admission Test but their admission shall be subject to the fulfillment of the (a) and (b) above at the time of admission.

Intake and Reservations:

The intake capacity of B.A LL.B. (Hons.) degree program shall be 160 with following breakup:

1. General Category : 80

2. OBC of U.P : 43

3. Scheduled Caste of U.P: 34

4. Scheduled Tr be of U.P: 03

5. PersonswithDisability(PWD) 03%

6. Dependentsof Freedom Fighters of Uttar Pradesh 02%

LL.M Program

RMLNU 2010 Eligibility:

The admission shall be based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test. However, to qualify for admission, the candidate must have passed LL.B. degree of a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalentgrade.

Candidates who have appeared in the LL.B. degree exam and awaiting their results may also write the Admission Test buttheiradmission shall be subject to the fulfillment of th eabove condition.

Intake and Reservation:

The intake is 20 (twenty) students per year with the following breakup:

1. General Category: 10

2. O.B.C. of Uttar Pradesh: 05

3. Scheduled Caste of Uttar Pradesh: 04

4. Scheduled Tribe of Uttar Pradesh Horizontal Reservation to the following categories shall also be available as mentioned below:01

5. Persons with Disability (PWD):03%

6. Dependentsof Freedom Fighters of Uttar Pradesh: 02%
