TNDALU 2009 Eligibility for admission to 5 year

B.L. Degree Course:

(i) A Complete pass in the Higher Secondary (+2) or Equivalent Examination with not less than 45% of marks in aggregate. However, for the purpose of selection and admission marks obtained in the subjects excluding languages shall alone be taken into consideration.

(ii) In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, 40% of marks in aggregate.

(iii) Employed candidates are not eligible to apply.

(iv) Age limit for admission: A candidate should not have completed 20 years of age as on 1st June 2009, that is the candidate must have born on or after 01.06.1989. In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST communities the mazimum age limit is 22 years that is the candidate must have born on or after 01.06.1987.

(v) The applicants who have obtained 10+2or Graduation/Post Graduation through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for admission in the law courses.
