BIMTECH 2009 Application Form: Application can be made by any of the following modes:

• Filling application online at http://www.bimtech.ac.in (DD of Rs.1550/-is to be sent along with printable receipt)
• Acquiring Application Form from the BIMTECH office on payment of Rs. 1500/- in cash or by post on sending DD of ( Rs.1550/- along with self-addressed slip of size 10 cm x 8 cm approx.
• Acquiring Application Form by post on sending DD of Rs.1550/-
• Acquiring Application Form from Channel Partners www.bimtech.ac.in on payment of Fts.1500/-
• Acquire Application Form from various Axis Bank Branches (www.bimtech.ac.in) on payment of Rs. 1500/-
• Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of "Birla Institute of Management Technology" payable at Greater Noida/Noi da/Delhi.

Applicants to all the programs of the institute are screened through a three tier process.

• Written test (CAT)
• Group discussion, and
• Personal interview

Candidates from the following categories are exempt from the written test:

• NRI
• NRI Sponsored
• Company sponsored

Admission Categories:

Merit Category: Regular Admission is granted to those applicants who have fulfilled all the admission requirements and whose name appears in the regular merit list of successful applicants.

Corporate sponsored and NRI /NRI sponsored candidate category: 10 % seats are allotted on following conditions:

1. Candidates are directly called for G.D/P.I. they may also appear without CAT Exam.

2. It is a separate merit category based on GD and Interview, and graduation score.

3. A fee as per schedule will be deposited annually in advance.

4. In case of corporate sponsored, the sponsoring company must have annual turnover of minimum Rs.50 crore (Campus placement assistance is not provided to corporate sponsored Candidates.)

5. Campus placement assistance is not provided to corporate sponsored candidates.

6. Following documents are required at the time of interview for industry sponsored category candidate:

• Latest Financial statements ( Published Balance sheet and Income statement ) be submitted at the time of GD/PI.
• A sponsor ship letter is required from Company
• Original marks sheet for 10 th Std. Exam., 10+2 exam, graduation exam (with min. 50% marks) and related degree, certificates for date of birth and work experience (if any)

Following documents are required at the time of interview for NRI/NRI sponsored category candidate:

• Passport copy and evidence of NRI status Notary attested in the country of residence of NRI or by foreign embassy in India
• A sponsorship letter from NRI .
• Original marks sheet for 10 th Std. exam., 10+2 exam, graduation exam (with minimum 50% marks)and related degree, certificates for date of birth, and work experience (if any)

BIMTECH Exam 2009
