Information sharing and exchange linkages with outstanding educational institutions in Indian and abroad, partnerships with small and medium enterprises, a management faculty of international standing, and a set of distinguished and eminent speakers and members on various boards are helping in continual upgrading and enriching the programme.

The Post Graduate Programme at EMPI is divided into four semesters spread over two years. The first two semesters are foundation, the third is functional and the fourth is integrative. Assessment is continuous, varied and exacting. It emphasize development of personal and professional competence as well as gaining of business knowledge and skills. The multidimensional evaluation system enables the students to monitor their performance through their participation in a variety of learning activities such as class participation, case presentation, assignments, quizzes, mid-semester and end-semester examinations, and general conduct and etiquette at the institute. The new management library equipped with latest books and journals of international and national importance.
