Graduate Management Admission Test - GMAT

Graduate Management Admission Test

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a standardized test which has been widely used as part of the assessment process for admission to MBA programs in Business Schools for many years.

Initially used in admissions by 54 schools, the GMAT® is now used by more than 1,500 schools and 1,800 programs.

The GMAT® measures basic verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills that you have developed over a long period of time in your education and work.

The GMAT® exam was created to measure the academic abilities needed to succeed in graduate management education.

Over the 50 years of its use, the GMAT® has been repeatedly studied, tested, and modified to ensure that it continues to help predict performance in the first year or midway through a graduate management program.

GMAT® Appointments & Testing Centers

Generally, GMAT appointments are available six days a week, but testing centers set their own hours to meet local and regional needs.

Secure, standardized testing centers deliver the test in 94 countries around the world.

Format and Timing

The GMAT® consists of three main parts, the Analytical Writing Assessment, the Quantitative section, and the Verbal section.
